First episode back for 2020 and boy are we feeling recharged. In Episode 10 (yes that's right we made it double digits guys, whoop whoop) we discuss the importance of the Customer Journey. 

    In today's marketing age it's important that you "Find your truth and share it!" Thinking of meaningful ways to share your "WHY" with your customers is the most effective way of building trust and converting them into regulars.

    As small business owners, we sometimes find it hard to look at our business from our customers point of view. So start by reflecting on the touchpoints you experience as a customer of other businesses. What works for you, what has made a significant impact, what aspects of customer service do you appreciate? 

    We discuss our own experiences as customers, analysing what works and what could be done better. We also finish today's with a bit of homework for you (that's right, we are going to make you accountable). We want you to identify the touchpoints within your business and figure out how they can be improved.
